Refreshing deal for Speed

Logistics company Speed Welshpool has extended its partnership with mineral water and soft drinks supplier Radnor Hills.

The company is part of Europe’s largest palletised freight network Palletways and has worked with Radnor Hills since July 2012, handling over 70 pallets a day for the company. The contract has now been extended for a further two years.

George Edwards, Managing Director at Speed Welshpool said: “Radnor Hills has been a loyal customer of ours and we are delighted to be working with them for another two years. Their long term commitment to Speed and Palletways is testament to the leading service we can offer them. It is very good news for our business and fits in well with our vision to be the natural choice and leading carrier in the area.”

Speed Welshpool joined Palletways in 2008. It employs 50 people and its 15-strong fleet handles around 100,000 pallets a year.
