An entry of 33 otms this week, selling to a top of £982.08 for 744kg Limousin cow from J R Phillips & Son, Bank Farm. JI & RV Parry, Esgairweddon, presented a702kg Limousin cow making £947.70. aslo from the same home a 38 month old cow weighing in at 541kg making £735.76. Steers under 48 months topped at £807.84 for a charolais weighing 594kg from RL & GP William, Brynmawr.

CULL SHEEP (2564)
A good entry of culls this week seeing averages of £42.65 for ewes and £86.37 for rams. Topping the ewe section was WRP Jones, Pant. E L Evans & Co, Green Farm, reached £115.
CL & C Watkins, Bank Farm, made £105.
STORE LAMBS (936)
A slightly smaller entry of 936 store lambs this week selling to a top of £74 for 4 Beltex x ewe lambs from GO Jones & JA Lewis, Wern Farm. DWP Griffiths, Park Lodge, presented 2 Beltex x ewe lambs making £70. Mixed and clean lambs topped at £67 for a pen of 13 Texel x lambs from K G Owen, Middle House. Tup lambs topped at £66 for a good pen of 18 Texel x lambs from DA & SJ Jones, Dyffryn.

BREEDING EWES (1760)
Last catalogued sale of breeding ewes and ewe lambs took place on money, most were harder sold as we get near the end of the season. Yearling ewes topped at £124 for welsh from G Davies, Lan Farm. 20 Texel full mouth ewes topped at £92 from C T Roberts & Son, Three Gates Farm. Ewe lambs topped at £125 for 2 Texel ewe la,bs from J T Jones, Tynewydd Cyffin. Also from the same home another 4 Texel ewe lambs making £115. A fantastic run 110 ewe lambs from W R L Price & Co. Pencwm, topped at £100, the whole consignment averaged £94.91.

Two Year Old Ewes (21) £61.9 top of £82.
Three Year Old Ewes (16) £58.19 to £61.
Full Mouth Ewes (95) £66.27 top of £92.
As found Ewes (347) £43.60 top of £80.
Ewes Lambs (1033) £73.60 top of £125.
DAIRY COWS
3 Dairy cows forward topping £1620 for a pedigree Holstein Friesian heifer from G W Watkin, Henllys, Borth. Also from the same home another pedigree Holstein Freisian Heifer making £1580.
