Advice from auctioneers

Advice on property, land, agricultural and commercial sales is to be offered on a weekly basis at Welshpool Livestock Sales every Monday by Morris, Marshall and Poole with Norman Lloyd.

Members of the residential, commercial, lettings and rural teams will be at the weekly mart to provide advice and information on the services it offers as part of a new outreach that will start on Monday, 3 June and continue each Monday.

“It’s important for us to be as accessible as possible to our customers and potential clients,” said Bryan Jarman, a chartered surveyor at MMP/NL, one of the leading estate agents, auctioneers and chartered surveyors in Mid Wales and Shropshire.

“We will have a dedicated area in the reception at WLS at Buttington Cross, Welshpool, where a member of the team will be on hand each week to discuss our services and customer needs.

“It could be anything from residential sales, mortgages or farming insurance services, our rural services, surveying and valuations.”

The outreach will be at the market on 3, 10, 17 and 24 June and will continue each Monday after that. Specialists will be available on these dates covering property sales on 3 June, AMC financial services and agricultural services on 10 June, residential lettings on 17 June and mortgages on 24 June.
