5C Services Ltd has a proven track record of delivering high quality IT support to clients througout Mid Wales and UK. We have a fantastic opportunity for 1st and 2nd line IT Support Engineers as we expand our company further.
We are on a lookout for positive and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for IT who would love to join our team and forge a rewarding career in IT solutions and support. A willingness to work hard, to go the extra mile for our clients is essential.
You will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our customers on products, applications, network systems and overall solution. Support delivery will be remote as well as on sites. Your duties will include applying your skills and knowledge to a variety of standard day to day activities and identifying the root cause of an issue to deliver a solution to our clients.
Please note: Positions are permanent, full time (part time would be considered) and will be based in our Newbridge-on-Wye office. Travel to customer sites throughout Wales is required.
