Footballers launch mobile fitness business

Two of the area’s former professional footballers have set up a new business aimed at keeping people fit and healthy.
Former New Saints full timer Charlie Proctor (pictured) and ex-Newtown man Marcus Ashley have established a new business called CM45Fitness.
Based in Shropshire and Powys, CM45 offers individual planning focused on enhancing fat loss and accomplishing lifestyle change. Individualised training programmes, motivational coaching and expert nutritional advice combine to provide life changing results.
And it’s all in the comfort of your own home or environment of your choice.
The pair graduated as Master Personal Trainers at the European Institute of Fitness in July 2012.
