“We are very proud of our excellent marketing materials which really make the most of our clients’ beautiful homes and set us apart from other agents from Powys through Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and into the West Midlands,” said Mr Carter. “We are delighted that as a relatively new company of 10 years, Fine & Country has been recognised over and above the long-established estate agencies.”
The International Property Awards is now in its 18th year and billed as being the property industry's most prestigious awards programme. As the UK winner for ‘Best Real Estate Agency Marketing UK’, Fine & Country has been entered into the overall International Awards which takes place on December 7 at the Grosvenor House Hotel. As international winners, Fine & Country would compete on a global level.
Mr Carter continued: “We hope that we will retain the world title of The World's Best Estate Agency Marketing Award for the fourth year running as well. What a great achievement that would be.”
