Local property experts McCartneys are showcasing some of the area’s top properties in an exhibition being held at their Fine & Country head office on Park Lane, London.

The March exhibition places clients’ properties in the heart of one of the world’s most affluent districts.

“It will allow us to tap directly into the lucrative South East market and expose the properties which we are marketing to international buyers,” said partner in charge of Fine & Country Mid Wales Tom Carter.

“We will be taking over the Park Lane office on March 15 and 16 to push the very best properties in our area to real buyers in London and beyond. The exhibition has been advertised all over the UK and internationally through the Fine & Country network of over 300 offices so we are hoping for good volumes of potential purchasers to attend and see what Mid Wales has to offer.

“The world is becoming a smaller place and buyers for top end property can come from literally anywhere. We have agreed sales on Mid Wales property in the last 12 months with buyers from Belgium, France and South Africa and only this week we have been arranging viewings for a buyer from the USA.

“Time is running out to take advantage of the exhibition as it is now just three weeks away so do contact us as soon as you can if you are keen to have your property included.”

Mr Carter said that property owners considering a sale later in the year are welcome to attend the exhibition next month to meet the team and learn more about the service provided.
