A Welshpool-based and family-run company is celebrating on three fronts after gaining national recognition in supporting Early Years settings and schools in support of Healthy, Active Lifestyles.

The work of Health Matters Education has been recognised on three fronts.

Vicky has both written and sung the official “National Smile Month” songs for 2017. The mother of three wrote and performed “If all my teeth could talk” https://youtu.be/dVQQwUxYZ6k and “Brush twice a day” https://youtu.be/DUyognxNkH8

Vicky and Dean have been celebrating after being nominated as finalists in the National Early Years Excellence Award in the Physical Development category for Teach Early Years.

On top of this they have recently been awarded national accreditation in all areas through the PDB (Professional Development Board) in Physical Activity.

“We are immensely proud of these achievements and are grateful for the wonderful support we have both received over the years especially from Ian and Karen Gomm, who are based in Llanfair Caereinion and who have both helped us in producing over 40 inspiring songs in support of Early Years Education,” said Vicky.
