Don't miss Egg & Bat Festival

There’s a big fund raising event planned by Welshpool Rugby & Cricket Clubs on Sunday called the Egg & Bat Festival.

The event starts at 3pm at The Maesydre Recreation Ground with live entertainment from the Souljets and others along with food and games for all the family.

The entertainment then moves to the town centre with live music at The Talbot and The Pheasant as follows:

The Talbot:

6-30Pm: Black & Blues

7-30pm: Andrew Neve

8pm: Retribution

8-45pm: One Crow Sorrow

9-45pm: Retribution

The Pheasant

7-30pm: Olly Jones

8-30pm: The Kytes

10pm: Joe le Taxi

There will be a £2 donation to enter both venues with all funds going towards the cricket and rugby clubhouse improvement scheme.
