Boots staff up for award

Staff at Welshpool’s Boots store are hoping to be named the best in Wales tonight.

The branch has been named as Boots Mid Wales Store of The Year and staff will be hoping to win the national accolade at a gala dinner at Hensol Castle in South Wals tonight.

Store manager Nerys Lewis and Allison Dickinson will be representing the team at tonight’s event, hoping to emulate the success of neighbouring Newtown store – last year’s winners.
