One-way consultation day

It’s been a long time coming, but changes are promised to the much maligned road system running through the town centre.

A public consultation is in full swing and an open day is being organised for Tuesday to enable residents to pop in and see the plans for themselves.

The day will be held from 10am-7pm in the Town Hall’s Corn Exchange with representatives from the Welsh Government, Powys County Council and Welshpool Town Council all in attendance.
