Bronze medal for Adele

Welshpool’s very own athletics hero Adele Nicoll has been in the medals again today.
Adele produced a season’s best throw to win a bronze medal in the Spar British Athletics Indoor Championships in Birmingham.
The outstanding result follows last week’s success when she won the Welsh Senior Indoor Shot Putt title in Cardiff.
