Team Paddison - nearly there
With John O’Groats almost in sight Team Paddison will set off on Day-12 this morning.
After yesterday’s epic 100-mile jaunt the group will be a bit more relaxed as they face the 70-mile ride from Dormoch to Bettyhill – though there are a lot of hills involved today.
The team made use of the WR Davies support vehicle yesterday to put up an emergency washing line to dry out soaked clothing but experienced stunning views of the Inverness estuary.
“All this masked the toughest day so far due to terrain and distance, another cycle path with steps but more to the accumulation of miles” said Andrew Paddison. “I don’t believe I would have reached this far without daily massages after every ride.”
