Christmas shopping in Guilsfield!

21/11/2019 @ 09:56

Up to 20 stalls in two venues and the chance to view the village from its highest point are all on offer this Saturday at Guilsfield's first Winter Food and Craft Fayre.

The huge variety of stalls will be located at the village’s ‘Old School’ and in the Church itself which will also open up its tower to allow visitors to see the bells and even have a go at ringing them.

The tower provides stunning views across the village and very rarely opens up to the public.

The day will run from 10am-4pm and with the chance also to grab a Christmas photo with Elizabeth Edwards photography (no booking needed).

There will be a raffle and 50p entry with all proceeds from both going to The Old School and Guilsfield Playgroup.

“We have a lovely assortment of stalls and hope for a good turnout to support these two very worthy village causes,” said organiser, Carol Williams. “Could we request that everyone coming on Saturday try to park on the old garage site as parking at the Old School is very limited.”
