And the winner is…

A fantastic design by Ella Jones, aged 9, will be turned into a Christmas card and distributed by the Mayor, following a well-supported competition organised by the Town Council.

The Mayor, Councillor David Senior, chose Ella’s design from dozens of entries which are now on display at Welshpool Indoor Market.

“Ella’s design will now be turned into the Mayor’s Christmas card, which WPG have kindly offered to sponsor and print for us free of charge,” said a spokesperson.
