Welshpool High School has reflected this week on the work it carried out to Remember the fallen at last year’s Remembrance Day.
Different memorial art work was created by each year with Year 7 creating red poppies to commemorate the soldiers, and Year 8 created purple poppies to commemorate the animals that served in conflict past and present.
These were made up into large wreaths and horses head motifs which were displayed at the front of school.
Meanwhile, Year 9 created soldier silhouettes using paint, pastel and collage.
