Bockstock is back!

A stellar line-up of stars from the local music scene will rock Welshpool this Bank Holiday Sunday with the second Bockstock – a free charity music festival held at the Raven Inn.

Last year (right), more than 500 revellers enjoyed the cream of local bands for a glorious afternoon of music which raised valuable funds and, this year, the Montgomeryshire Emergency Doctors will benefit.

“Last year was a memorable event and proved very popular so we are doing it again, only much bigger and better with a number of talented local bands already confirmed,” said Ben Picken from organisers, Teller Promotions.

Entry is free although there will be a collection box for donations. The event will start at noon and run through to around 7pm.
