One for the ladies... only!

 

The leisure and fitness centre has created the Ladies Only gym after listening to suggestions from residents and its newly appointed instructor, Jess Stait, will be heading up fitness programmes in the new state-of-the-art facility.

 

“It has gone down very well and there’s an open invitation for ladies to come down and have a look at the new gym,” said manager Chris Greatorex.

 

“One of the things that a lot of ladies told us when we were asking what they wanted to see at the Armoury was a facility where they could work out in exclusively. For some ladies they feel more comfortable in a ladies-only facility and it is already proving popular.”

 

The gym is beneath a new spinning studio which holds seven classes a week on the bikes. They too have gone down very well with times arranged to fit in with busy schedules.

 

“Not everyone can make the gym in the evening so we have some classes through the day too. I am sure there is something now to suit everyone.”

 

Membership for the new Ladies Gym is just £26 a month membership with a free induction if signing up to a year deal. There are also three and six-month membership deals.
