Armoury spinning goes disco

30/09/2012 @ 04:29

Christmas is coming onto many residents’ radars, and The Armoury has come up with some unique touches to help us all get into shape.

Since the health and fitness centre launched its new state-of-the-art studio before the summer, spinning has become a welcome addition to its expanding programme of classes available.

And mywelshpool's health partner has launched a special offer of 10 classes for £2.60 for members or £3 for non members, but prepare for something a little different!

“We have added some disco lights in the studio so the sessions have become quite entertaining as well!” said The Armoury’s Manager Chris Greatorex. “Spinning has proved very popular since it was introduced and we have three first class instructors - Jess Stait (pictured), Cassia Williams and Craig Owen – who run the classes, and all of them do it a little bit different and in their own unique way!”

Brand new Star Trac bikes have been introduced and a new ventilation system maintains a constant temperature in the room.

For a full schedule or more information, visit the new web site at http://www.thearmourywelshpool.co.uk/ or just pop in for a chat with one of the qualified staff.
