Bump to Baby road show in town

Welshpool will host a Bump to Baby road show at the Youth Centre/Open Door Hall on March 23.

The road shows are held once a month and rotate around Powys, with the aim to combine the provision of a traditional antenatal education session with a more flexible information road show for families.

The road show will not only include important information for mums-to-be but include Children’s Services, local key interest groups, childcare information, alternative therapies and information on local facilities for families.

All events are held in partnership with the Children’s and Young Peoples Partnership and Powys Teaching Health Board.

A spokesperson said: “Just come along for information, or wander around the fabulous stalls and try your luck at our free prize draw. Childcare providers and local groups will offer taster sessions and even our young attendees will have a fabulous time. Bring the family and come and join us to get all the information you need about what is available in your local area.”
