Town Crier takes centre stage

It’s a name that is widely recognised across Montgomeryshire thanks to her booming voice!

Sue Blower is the Montgomery Town Crier and was guest speaker for the latest Welshpool and District U3A meeting.

She was in full regalia as she reminisced about her life as a Town Crier which has taken her all over the world. 

Next up for the group is on December 1 at the COWSHACC when we they be told about Monasteries in the Borders. The meeting starts at 10.30am and coffee and social chat will start at 10am.
