Welshpool Town kick-off their Spar Mid Wales League home fixtures tonight with league leaders Rhayader in town.

The game kicks-off at 7-45pm with acting manager Russell Cadwallader hoping to have experienced signings Chris Roberts and Martin Zeimann available to boost the young squad.

Pool have only one win from six starts this season while Rhyadaer, who were relegated from the Huws Gray Alliance last season, sit top with maximum points from six starts.

Berriew are on FAW Trophy duty tomorrow with a trip to meet Llanuwchllyn, while Llansantffraid take on Llanidloes at The Recretation Ground. Struggling Montgomery will face a tough test at Tywyn/Bryncrug.

Guilsfield are at home to Denbigh in the Huws Gray Alliance League with player/manager Danny Barton looking to bring in some new faces. One player looking for a start will be Louis Irvine, who has arrived from Ellesmere.

Llanfair are also at home with Porthmadog heading for Mount Field.  Paul Griffiths misses out through suspension.
