The team at NFU Welshpool has raised £1,668.50 for Severn Hospice.

The team organised a golf day in conjunction with Welshpool Cricket Club at Arscott Golf Club which saw over 100 players take part. A few weeks later, Senior Agent at NFU Welshpool, Stephen Kenyon, along with his brother Neil Kenyon, (also an NFU Mutual Agent at Suffolk Coastal) cycled a demanding 50k bike ride.

Stephen Kenyon said: “Severn Hospice is a truly invaluable support to families’ right across Shropshire and Mid Wales – and something that is extremely close to my heart. The hard work, care and compassion they share to families at times of sadness is inspirational. To be able to offer £1,668.50 to Severn Hospice is something my whole team is extremely proud of – and we know that this money will make a big difference to so many people’s lives.”

Severn Hospice provides the best care and better quality of life for people living with incurable illness – and every year helps thousands of people. Last year alone 1,941 patients were referred to Severn Hospice.
