The Christmas festivities will be in full swing at the Powysland Museum on the canal wharf on Tuesday with plenty to do to keep the children occupied.

Children can decorate a glass candle holder or make decorations for the Christmas tree including a colourful garland, a “holly” wreath, an angel, a Christmas stocking and a cracker.

You can also help Nils, the museum’s Danish nisse (Christmas gnome) find his friends who are hiding around the museum.

The activities are aimed at children age three and above and children under eight must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is £3 per child

So that the museum can plan the activities, please book a place on 01938 554656.
