More relief as second road reopens

Welshpool is gradually being reconnected with the outside world after a second main road reopened.
Flooding closed the Llanfair Road on Saturday night but Powys County Council has just confirmed it has reopened (10.54am).
It is the second main road to reopen over the last few hours following the clearing of water off the main road to Oswestry at Llanymynech.
