Memorial service for popular vet
In a statement, the Vets said: “Geoff will always be remembered as a talented, highly experienced and well respected vet who has made a big impact since coming to work here over 20 years ago.
“Our thoughts and sympathies are with his wife Jenny and his family.
“We would like to thank you all for your kindness and support during this difficult time.”
The service to celebrate his life will be held at 11.30am at Shrewsbury Crematorium, London Road, Shrewsbury SY2 6PS.
All are welcome at the service and to join afterwards at The Lord Hill Hotel, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6AX.
“Geoff's wife Jenny has asked that people wear bright colours in memory of Geoff's colourful wardrobe. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the RNLI,” the Vets added.
