Final Maesydre Summer Fayre

This Saturday will be the last time that Ysgol Maesydre will host its Summer Fayre, ahead of its closure on August 31.

The fun begins at 12 noon and as well as the usual stalls, there will be an U11 football tournament, bar, barbecue and dance performances from Addict Dance.

Two new schools – one each for English and Welsh streams – will swallow up the town’s current four schools this summer so Ysgol Maesydre are still keen to receive any old photos or mementos from ex pupils/staff/Governors for its Open Evening on Thursday, July 20, to which all members of the community are invited.
