The strong bond of community spirit that exists in Montgomery, the home town of missing James Corfield, will tomorrow (Saturday) gather at the Town Hall to hold a vigil for the missing 19-year-old.

Friends, family and residents will gather in Broad Street at 11am outside the Town Hall entrance to pull together in the hope that searchers will find James who went missing while at the Royal Welsh Show in the early hours of Tuesday.

Orgainsers said the vigil was part of the "search" and was to show support for the family and friends of James and to continue hope of finding him.

They have urged everyone to wear blue.

Town Crier, Susan Blower said: "For anyone wishing to support the family of our lovely James Corfield missing since Monday night. Montgomery people and friends will show their support from young and old by gathering on the Town Hall steps on Saturday 11am for five minutes.the community spirit here want the family to know how much they are loved and where there is little other we can all offer to do except this show of faith and hope and love for them all."
