Davies clinches Club Championship
Davies needed the first play-off hole to see off the challenge of Alan Davies to become Club Champion, with Garry Jones taking third.
The Net Championship was won by Club Captain John Taylor with Richard Wyatt in second and Alan Davies in third.
This week saw the Under 20 and Over 20 Handicap shields competed for, with Steve Rushton (18) winning the U20 with an amazing 43 points. Second was Leon Duvalier (11) with 42 and third was Joe Davies (7) with 39.
The Over 20 was won by Jo Lawson (20) with 42, with Ian Clark (20) in second with 35 and Andy Finch (22) in third on 34.
The Summer League is in its penultimate week and it is going to be a very close finish with Alan Harding and Joe Davies separated by just three points.
