Police issue thefts warning to van owners

A statement said: "Following the recent high value tool thefts from vans in the Welshpool area we're asking that you take a moment to check the security of your vehicles."

And in a Tweet owners are advised to reverse their vans up to a wall, building or hedge and where practical remove tools and store in a secure location overnight.
