Charities 'taste' Montgomery’s generosity

Taste Montgomery, an organisation that promotes businesses in the town, has handed over cheques to local charities following a successful event.

A Medieval Banquet was held to commemorate the signing of the Treaty of Montgomery in 1267 and, as a result, a considerable sum was raised for local good causes and handed over at The Dragon Montgomery.
