US Account Support (US hours, UK based)

Based at: Quartix Limited, Newtown Powys

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To support the US sales team in managing existing customers, including gaining new business from them. This role will include providing sales information to potential prospects to promote and sell the Quartix product and benefits, once the prospect shows interest the lead would be passed on to the sales team. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of existing customers, creating a positive experience ensuring customer retention. Supporting existing customers to encourage repeat orders and upgrades to additional packages. There would also be some focus on ‘warming up’ old data, and potential prospects.

Key responsibilities

·         Supporting the US sales team by calling data lists to offer demonstrations and gain feedback on prospect requirements

·         Maintaining an ongoing prospect list of potential prospects

·         Contact existing customers to offer training and ensure customers are benefitting from the system any new features we may introduce

·         Maintaining contact with existing customers to promote upgrades to enhanced packages and to increase recurring revenues

·         Establish total fleet sizes and future potential orders

·         Introduce customer referral scheme and ensure all customers vehicles are tracked

·         Communicate with Sales Executives to ensure potential opportunities are followed up quickly and efficiently

·         Communicate with other internal departments where necessary

·         Updating and maintaining existing customer information recorded on the Marketing Database, database cleansing

·         Provide customers with relevant sales information specific to their requirements

·         Dealing with incoming sales related enquiries

·         Integrate personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities

·         Maintain and develop relationships with customers and prospects

·         Maintain and develop relationships with other sales departments

General responsibilities

·         Customer service focussed

·         Proficient at Office packages, including; excel, word, outlook

·         Confident with email and internet

·         Ability to develop ideas to suggest to our development team for improved database and system processes

·         Provide cover for team where appropriate

·         Ad hoc assignments as required
