Crash causing road delays

Motorists can expect some delays over the next hour as emergency services try to clear the Newtown road after a smash this afternoon.

Thankfully no casualties are reported, but the Powys County Council workers who clear the road are stuck in the traffic queue.

A police officer on the scene has Tweeted: “Thankfully no serious injuries at this collision earlier. All resources helping to get things moving on the A483.”
