Teenager jailed for child sex offences

A Welshpool teenager has been jailed for four years and three months after admitting a string of sex offences against underage girls.

Kieran Mark Goodwin, 19, of Little Henfaes Drive, will also be registered as a sex offender for life after admitting 32 offences.

His offences involved seven underage girls and were committed between May 2016 and September 2017.

He admitted a number of charges including sexual activity with the victims, sharing pictures of a sexual nature, and causing a child to watch an indecent act.

Judge Rhys Rowlands at Mold Crown Court told Goodwin he was “seeking to take advantage of these young girls”.
