Appeal over disqualified driver

Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident around the Heol Bowys/ Maes Glas area of Llanfair Caereinon, where a male was seen riding a blue and red motocross type motorcycle.
The individual, who has not been named by police, is a disqualified driver, was not wearing a helmet, and had no insurance or licence plate. The offence occurred sometime between 17:30 and 18:00 on Monday, February 21.
