EE under fire once again

Many EE users in Welshpool appear to be at their wits’ end following a flood of online complaints this week.

Users have vented their anger after being told by the company that problems were supposed to have been fixed, which is obviously not the case.

One member of the MyWelshpool said the service appears to be getting worse and revealed he saying he has to drive down the road to get a signal.

Paramedic Nathan Davies fumed on a Facebook page set up for Welshpool complaints that he uses his phone for work and described the service as “completely unacceptable”.

His claims were supported by a number of other residents with some saying they had been told that maintenance work was carried out last week, but they had experienced no improvement.

We contacted EE last month but did not receive a response, so have written to them again and will carry their explanation in full once received.
