A fun Orienteering Day is being organised during half term for the family.
Mid Wales Orienteering Club and Powys Sports Development have teamed up to hold the event at Gregynog Hall, Tregynon, on November 1, from 10.30am.
There will be a variety of routes available with advice and training provided by qualified members from both organisations.
These include a white course, recommended for Year 3 and 4 children, through to a Long Yellow Course for adults.
“It will be a lot of fun and a great thing for the family to do during the half term,” said a spokesperson.
It will cost £2 for adults and £1 for children with families costing £3 to take part. There is an additional cost of £2.50 to park on site.
