25 houses planned for Middletown

A plan for 25 houses on the Shropshire border at the Fron, Middletown, has been given outline planning permission, with the land placed on the market for £750,000.

The location (pictured) adjacent to The Fron extends to approximately 3.41 acres - 1.37 hectares with outline permission been granted by Powys County Council for the new homes, including five affordable properties.

The company marketing the project, Towler Shaw Roberts (TSR), said: “This is an attractive residential opportunity with lovely rural views and the added benefit of local amenities nearby.”
