Guilsfield homes public meeting

A public meeting to share more information about the 28 affordable homes that a Guilsfield landowner wants to build will be held on Tuesday evening.

The plan is for the homes to be built on land owned by Margaret Bardsley at the Arddleen road entrance to the village, and she hopes to do it in partnership with Mid Wales Housing.

“I have called a Public Meeting for 7pm next Tuesday at Guilsfield School,” she told us. “It is important to get a good turnout to demonstrate the need for more housing for families in the village.”

It is the second large plan for homes in the Guilsfield pipeline with 22 earmarked for land on the Harding’s entrance into the village.
