Free fireworks display Saturday

Welshpool will be hoping for a ‘banging’ night on Saturday when the Town Council treats us all to a free fireworks display.

The event has proved popular in recent years with donations on the door accepted towards the display.

Gates open at Maes y Dre from 6pm, with the night sky expected to be lit up from 7pm. There will also be food vans serving on site.

There will be NO parking on site with entry via Howell Drive or the Canal Path.
