Disgraceful!

The family of a popular Guilsfield man who died suddenly at the weekend are enraged after someone pinched his bike.

Ray Morris was well known in the village, but sadly died aged 72 last Saturday.

His family have been coming to terms with his death and today were horrified to find that someone had cut the safety lock and stolen his bike (pictured) from the Garth Vaughan flats.

“My grandad hasn't even been gone a week and someone would do such a thing,” said a distraught Kerry Evans. “He used the bike all of the time. It was his pride and joy.”

Kerry said they will be reporting the theft to police in the morning, but hope the person who has taken it will do the right thing and return it.

“It has great sentimental value so the family want it back,” said Kerry.
