Waterfall visitors told to scoot by police

Despite the Prime Minister spelling it out last night to stay at home and avoid all unnecessary travel, one of our favourite beauty spots was still receiving visitors today.

Llanfyllin Police were called to Pistyll Rhaeadr, the tallest waterfall in Wales near Llanrhaeadr, to disperse visitors.

“We attended and several members of the public were given suitable advice before being moved on,” said a spokesperson from the station.

“Please follow Government guidelines in place and only travel if it is essential.”
