Lads tackle charity challenge

The U15 section from COBRA Rugby Club came up with a fantastic idea to raise funds for charity.There’s been some interesting and unique ways to raise money for charity and the junior section of COBRA Rugby Club has come up with a great idea too.
The Under 15 section combined training with fund raising to notch up £520 for St John’s. And they did it by carrying out a ‘sponsored bag tackle’.
By the end of the day it was estimated the lads had done 2,000 tackles... but it was all worthwhile with the cheque handed over to a good cause (pictured).
