Shropshire YFC Rally for Chirbury

Hot on the heels of last week’s Montgomeryshire Rally held in Meifod, the Shropshire Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs is holding its annual Rally on June 11 at Chirbury Hall, by kind permission of Maurice and Julia Jones and Family.
The Rally is the highlight of our neighbouring county’s YFC Calendar and attracts hundreds of Montgomeryshire residents.
The theme for the Rally is ‘At the Seaside’ with a wide range of competitions varying from Stockjudging, Floral Art, Pavement Drawing, Hook a Duck, a Seaside Fortune Telling Act, Sheep Shearing, Beach Volley Ball and many more will take place throughout the day.
Shropshire Young Farmers are also holding a Pre Rally Day on May 29 at the same venue when competitions will take place throughout the day including Fence Erecting, Farm Business Development, Crop Judging, Welding, Cookery and Silage Judging.
