Anyone aged over the age of 18 can get themselves booked in for a Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine in Newtown this week, the health board has confirmed.
With the first-dose phase of the vaccine programme reaching its conclusion, health chiefs are warning those that don’t book in for a first jab that they “cannot guarantee when these clinics will run in the future”.
Doses are also available for those who have previously declined a vaccination.
“The impact of safe and effective Covid-19 vaccines will offer individual protection as well as greater protection for our loved ones and communities,” said a spokesperson for the Powys Teaching Health Board.
