Fresh livestock attack sparks investigation

Police have opened an investigation into what appears to be another local attack by a dog on livestock.

With lambing season approaching, the local Rural Crime Team is appealing for owners to keep their pets on a lead when walking in the countryside areas where livestock is present. 

In a tweet, the force said: “Livestock attack at Llanraeadr ym Mochnant (Moel Sych area). Three ewes killed. Please keep dogs on a lead or under close control when near livestock.”
