Lockdown anniversary remembered at The Rhallt

The two-year anniversary of the start of the first lockdown this week was particularly poignant at The Rhallt which was hit hard by the first wave of Covid-19 in 2020.

To mark the occasion, The National Day Of Reflection to commemorate those who have lost their lives through the pandemic was marked at the care home by staff and residents, as well as friends and families of residents past and present.

A memorial tree, chosen by residents, was planted in the home’s grounds and a minute’s silence was held.
