Llanfair council action after dogs threatened

Llanfair Caereinion Town Council are responding to complaints from a “very few” about dogs out of control in the Deri Woods area.

At their full monthly meeting, councillors were told that complaints had been received and that it should be addressed.

“The council received comments from a very few who say their dogs were threatened in Deri Woods by other dogs,” said Town Clerk, Robert Robinson.

“This does not appear to be a widespread issue and sometimes it is caused by dogs being a little boisterous.”

However, the council agreed to place new signage reminding people to keep their dogs under close control.
