Tributes pour in for ‘Gainty’

Tributes have been pouring in for Geraint Jones, the well-known 46 year-old believed to be the man found dead by police at a house in Clos Bryn Y Ddol in the early hours of today.
Mr Jones has not been named officially but tributes have started to appear on Facebook tonight.
Nicknamed ‘Gainty’, the outpouring of tributes included one that said “a top bloke taken too early in life” and another read “RIP Gainty, old mate. Just goes to show how fragile life is. So sad”.
No details have been released surrounding the death but neighbours claim that Mr. Jones was found dead at the foot of the house’s staircase shortly after 2.30am this morning and his body was taken away at 7.30am.
The Powys coroner has been informed.
