‘Magic’ new home for ex-756 DJs

Three former Radio Maldwyn presenters have found a new home at the same radio station.Julian Saunders, who presented the now defunct Radio Maldwyn’s midday programme for several years, Dan Morris and the station’s former Managing Director Austin Powell can all now be heard on Energy FM based on the Isle of Man.
On Sunday’s Julian does the breakfast show, Dan takes over at 10am and Austin goes on air at 2pm. Dan and Julian are also on the station every weekday evening.
Meanwhile, another former Radio Maldwyn presenter, Simon Doe, has joined a company providing the BBC with and commercial radio stations across the country with traffic information.
Radio Maldwyn ceased broadcasting last November after 17 years on air but has been replaced by Radio Hafren.
